Commercial real estate coaching and mentorship brings weekly group coaching, live Q&A, your own deal questions, and a private practitioner community together. Stephanie and Cari mentor members inside the network.

Commercial real estate coaching and mentorship inside a working network

Group coaching and live Q&A meet every Thursday at 1pm ET. Live deal strategy sessions give members a place to bring their own deals, test assumptions, and identify the next question to ask. Between sessions, the private Skool community keeps practitioners connected.

Stephanie and Cari mentor members inside this group and community format. Membership does not promise one-on-one mentoring, a deal outcome, or an assigned private coach. The value comes from participating with useful questions, listening to other members’ work, and applying what you learn with your own broker’s supervision.

Who coaches you, and what do they focus on?

Stephanie Gilezan focuses on deals and strategy: the client’s decision, the income behind a valuation, the terms that affect risk, and the conversations needed to move a transaction forward. Her experience spans NNN investment, hospitality, land, and M&A transactions.

Cari Briner focuses on business coaching, mindset, and team building. She helps members examine habits, priorities, leadership, and the organization supporting their real estate practice. Together, the founders connect the transaction work with the business that has to sustain it.

What does a session look like?

Bring a concise account of the situation: property type, client objective, current stage, and the question you need to resolve. Use authorized or anonymized documents where appropriate. Clearly separate confirmed facts from assumptions so the room can address the actual problem.

In a deal discussion, examine the missing information, financial assumptions, decision makers, and next actions. In group coaching, work through business questions and compare the practical choices available to you. A session can help you prepare a better conversation or analysis; your broker and qualified advisers retain their own transaction responsibilities.

Who benefits from the group format?

Residential agents can learn from commercial questions before taking on unfamiliar work. Active commercial agents can bring live situations and learn from practitioners outside their own market. Members who want stronger referral relationships can see how others think before recommending them to a client.

Show up prepared, protect client confidentiality, and contribute what you know. There is no promised income or timetable. Coaching supports your judgment and practice; it does not replace your license, brokerage supervision, or legal and tax advice.
